In January 2022, TRIADA BUSINESS CONSULTING partnered with Maxam Chirchik, a leading explosives manufacturing company, to implement an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The goal of the project was to improve product consistency and customer satisfaction by streamlining manufacturing processes. We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the existing quality control systems, identified areas for improvement, and developed a customized solution to meet ISO 9001 standards. Our team worked closely with Maxam Chirchik staff to provide training and develop internal audit processes. After implementing these improvements, the company received ISO 9001 certification, which helped improve operational efficiency, increase competitiveness, and build customer confidence.
