In March 2021, TRIADA BUSINESS CONSULTING began a project with Ipotekabank, a major financial institution, to implement an ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system. The main goal was to reduce the environmental impact of the bank’s operations while complying with global sustainability trends. Our team worked with Ipotekabank to identify areas where there were excesses in the use of natural resources, including energy and paper consumption. We created an environmental policy, set sustainability targets, and implemented best practices to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency. After extensive employee training and process adjustments, the bank successfully achieved ISO 14001 certification. As a result, the bank significantly improved its environmental performance, demonstrating corporate responsibility, complying with regulatory requirements, and strengthening its image as an environmentally conscious business.
